all know that stress causes wear and tear on our physical, mental and
emotional health. Yoga
gives us a very real set of techniques for managing the affects of
modern daily life.
Yogic
breathing and awareness practices and guided meditation help produce
the important “relaxation
response" that our bodies and minds need to experience every
day.
Yoga For You is a small, private studio in downtown Cary, NC. We have a limit of 10 people per class, which makes it an excellent environment for personal attention, or to have a quiet, intimate, individual experience.
Private or special group lessons are also available - your place or mine!
Our classes include warm-up stretches, asana
(postures), breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and guided
meditation. We provide lots of information about the theories
behind what we do, and lots of support and personal attention, accommodating all levels of ability.
